A works, not a warehouse
Ten years in Dhayari building power backup and power conditioning equipment. Nine product lines, all manufactured in-house, and more than a thousand units supplied. A lot of companies selling UPS in Pune import finished cabinets and put a sticker on them — a legitimate business, but a different one from ours, and the difference shows in year seven when something needs repairing.

We wind our own transformers, fabricate and powder-coat our own cabinets, and assemble the power stages here. That has three consequences that a buyer actually feels. We can build non-standard ratings without waiting on a container. We can repair anything we have ever shipped, because the drawings and the stock are in the same building. And when you want to see your machine before it ships, there is something to come and see.
Every unit is load-bank tested. Not spot-checked, not sample-tested — every unit, at its rated capacity, with the readings logged and the sheet shipped in the cabinet. If you are buying anything above about 20 kVA, come and watch the test. We would rather you did.
The other half of the business is service, and a lot of it is on equipment we did not build. That is deliberate. Working on other manufacturers’ machines is how you find out what actually fails in the field, and it has changed our own designs more than once. Installation and commissioning, AMC, repair and overhauling, battery testing and replacement — the whole life of the machine from one supplier, which matters when something goes down and nobody wants to argue about whose part it was.
Where the track record is
Four sectors account for most of what we have built. Elevators and lifts are the largest by unit count, with more than 700 lift backup units installed in Telangana and a growing book across Pune — housing societies, commercial buildings and hospitals. Hospitals and diagnostic centres, where the load grading and the isolation requirements are unlike anything else. Sugar mills, where the crushing season does not pause and everything gets serviced between May and September. And laser cutting machines, where the OEM writes the supply conditions into the warranty and the source is the most expensive thing on the floor.
Systems are engineered to the actual load rather than picked off a rating list. That is the practical advantage of building here: a non-standard rating is a drawing change, not a six-week import.
What we will tell you
If a servo stabilizer solves your problem, we will not sell you a UPS. If your ten-year-old machine is worth repairing, we will quote the repair rather than the replacement. And if the response time you need is one we cannot honestly hold to at your distance from Pune, we will say so before the contract is signed rather than after.
