Six contracts, all available on equipment we did not build. Annual maintenance, installation and commissioning, repair and overhauling, battery testing and replacement, rental, and buyback of old units. Any make — the service book carries more other-brand machines than our own.

The distinction that matters when you compare quotations is what a visit contains. A quarterly visit that measures float voltage and files a report is not a battery test; it tells you the charger works. A load test, cell by cell against rated capacity, is the only thing that answers how long the bank will actually hold — and it is the line most contracts leave out because it takes an engineer half a day rather than twenty minutes.

The same applies to response times. Four hours means little without a definition of when the clock starts and what happens when it is missed. Ours starts when the call is logged, not when it is triaged, and the AMC states the remedy in writing.

Whose equipment we work on

Any make of UPS, stabilizer, rectifier or charger, whatever the badge. Give us the make, model, year and battery configuration and we confirm spares availability before committing to a response time, because a contract we cannot honour is worth less than an honest no.

Machines out of manufacturer support are usually still serviceable at component level. A board is diagnosed to the failed component and repaired rather than swapped — which is often the difference between a repair and a replacement quotation.
