Become a UPS dealer, or refer an enquiry
Hold stock and quote in your own name as a distributor, or introduce an enquiry and be paid on the invoice. One needs a territory and a service engineer; the other needs nothing but the introduction.
Distributor and dealer
You hold stock, quote in your own name and own the customer relationship. We build, support the installation and stand behind the machine.
Who it suits
- Electrical contractors already supplying panels or switchgear
- Lift and elevator companies fitting rescue devices as standard
- Industrial automation and instrumentation suppliers
- Firms with a service engineer of their own and a territory to cover
What you get
- Dealer pricing across the full product range
- Territory that is not quoted against by us directly
- Product and commissioning training at the Pune works
- Drawings, load calculations and sizing support on your enquiries
- Priority build slots on repeat orders
- Marked-up datasheets you can put your own name on
What we expect
- A stated territory and a realistic annual volume
- At least one trained person for first-line support
- Installations commissioned to the handover checklist
- Warranty claims raised with the test sheet and the site readings
How it starts
- 1
Enquiry
Tell us the territory, the sectors you already sell into and the volume you think is realistic.
- 2
Conversation
A call, then a visit to the works. You should see the load bank before you sell what comes off it.
- 3
Terms
Pricing, territory and credit agreed in writing before anything is dispatched.
- 4
Training
One to two days at Pune on sizing, commissioning and first-line fault finding.
- 5
First order
Usually a small mixed stock so you can quote from the shelf rather than the catalogue.
Referral and commission
You pass on an enquiry, we quote and deliver, you are paid on the invoice. No stock, no credit exposure, no obligation to sell.
Who it suits
- Consulting engineers and electrical designers
- Panel builders and site electricians
- Facility and maintenance managers asked to recommend a supplier
- Architects and project managers on commercial or hospital work
What you get
- Commission on the invoice value of any order you introduce
- Sizing help before you make the recommendation, so your name is safe on it
- Written confirmation the enquiry is registered to you
- Paid after the customer pays, on a stated cycle
- No stock, no credit and no minimum
What we expect
- The introduction in writing, so there is no dispute about who brought it
- An honest description of the load — a bad fit helps nobody
- That you are free to make the recommendation under your own contract
How it starts
- 1
Register the enquiry
Send the contact and a line on the requirement. We confirm in writing that it is yours.
- 2
We quote
You can stay in the conversation or hand it over — whichever suits the relationship.
- 3
Order and delivery
We build, install and commission. Your name stays on the introduction throughout.
- 4
Commission
Paid against the invoice once the customer has settled.
Questions partners ask
Anything not covered here, call us — most of it is faster to answer on the phone.
Do I need to hold stock to work with you?
Only as a distributor. The referral track carries no stock, no credit exposure and no minimum — you introduce the enquiry, we quote and deliver, and you are paid on the invoice. Most consulting engineers and site electricians take that route rather than becoming a dealer.
What territories are open?
Pune and the surrounding MIDC belt are served directly, so dealer appointments there are limited and specific. Elsewhere in Maharashtra and across India there is far more room. Tell us the territory you already work and we will say plainly whether it is available rather than sign you up and compete with you.
Can I put my own name on the products?
Datasheets and quotations, yes — those are supplied unbranded for dealers. The rating plate on the machine stays ours, because it carries the test data and the serial the warranty is traced by. Relabelling the cabinet would break that chain.
Who handles service and warranty?
A trained dealer takes first-line support and we back them up; anything beyond that comes to us. On referral orders service is entirely ours. Either way the warranty is with the end customer and the machine, not with the channel, so a customer is never stranded if a partnership ends.
Is there a joining fee?
No. The distributor track starts with a first stock order and the referral track starts with an enquiry. Anyone charging you to become their dealer is selling you the dealership rather than the product.
How quickly are commissions paid?
After the customer has settled the invoice, on an agreed cycle written into your terms before the first introduction. We will not put a figure on this page that is not in your contract.
Tell us the territory you work
Which sectors you already sell into, roughly what volume is realistic, and whether you want to hold stock or just introduce enquiries. We will tell you straight whether the territory is open.
