What this covers, and why it is done this way
Not every power requirement justifies a purchase. A construction site needs protection for eighteen months. A data-centre migration needs temporary capacity for six weeks. An exhibition needs clean power for four days. A plant needs cover while its own unit is being overhauled.
Rental also solves a procurement problem. If you are not certain a 20 kVA unit is the right size, running a rented one on the actual load for a month gives you a measured answer instead of a spreadsheet estimate — and the rental cost is a fraction of getting the purchase wrong.
Every rental unit is load-bank tested before it leaves and comes with a fresh battery bank. Delivery, installation, maintenance and collection are included in the rate.

Breakdown attendance and a replacement unit if the hired machine fails. Cover runs for the full hire period.

Dismantling and collection at the agreed end date, or conversion to purchase with rental paid to date adjusted against the price.

What does UPS rental cost in Pune?
The rate depends on capacity, backup duration and hire period. Longer hires carry a substantially lower monthly rate, and daily event rates are higher because delivery and collection are compressed into the same job. Tell us the load and duration and you will have a figure the same day.
What is the minimum rental period?
One day for events. For site and industrial use the practical minimum is a month, because installation and commissioning make anything shorter poor value for both sides.
Can rental be converted to purchase?
Yes. On long-term hires we adjust a proportion of the rental paid against the purchase price if you decide to keep the unit. The proportion is agreed at the start and written into the hire agreement.

Everything is built at our Pune works and delivered, installed and commissioned across the city and the industrial belt around it.
