Talk to us
Most technical questions get answered faster on the phone than by email. If you are evaluating a purchase above 20 kVA, come to the works and watch a load-bank test.
Send us the requirement
Name, phone, email and what it is about are all we need to start. Attach the load list in your reply to the confirmation if you have one.

Finding the works
Lane 31/A runs off Vithai Nagar. A phone map will get you to the lane; call when you reach it and someone will wave you in.
Visiting the works
The works is on Sinhagad Road in Dhayari, about 12 km south-west of Pune railway station and roughly 40 minutes from Pune airport in normal traffic. Coming from the city, follow Sinhagad Road past Dhayari Phata; from the Katraj side, the Narhe and Ambegaon approach is usually quicker in the morning.
If you are evaluating anything above about 20 kVA, come and watch it run. Every unit goes on a resistive load bank at rated capacity before it ships, and you are welcome to be there for the test rather than take the sheet on trust. Tell us a day ahead so the machine is on the bay when you arrive.
Visitor parking is on site. There is no showroom — this is a working assembly and test floor, so closed footwear is sensible and we will ask you to stay with whoever is showing you round.
Bring these and the visit is worth more
- The load list, or a clamp meter reading over a normal working day
- Nameplate photographs of any motors, with the starting method
- The backup time you need, in minutes, and what it is covering
- Whether the supply is single or three phase, and the incoming voltage you measure
- Room dimensions and where the battery bank could go
Before you call
Anything not covered here, call us — most of it is faster to answer on the phone.
What are your working hours?
Monday to Saturday, 9:30 to 19:00. Sunday is closed for general enquiries. AMC customers have a 24×7 breakdown line, and a load-down call out of hours is answered rather than queued to the next morning.
How quickly do you reply to an enquiry?
Within one working day for a standard product against a stated load. Anything needing a single-line diagram or a general arrangement drawing — parallel systems, plating lines, hospital installations — takes three to four days after the site survey, because the drawing is what makes the quotation real.
Can I visit without an appointment?
You can, but call ahead if you want to see a specific machine. The works is an assembly and test floor rather than a showroom, so what is on the bay changes daily. A day of notice means the unit you care about is running when you arrive.
Do you quote over the phone?
For a standard rating against a known load, yes — that is often faster than email. For anything with motors on it, or above about 20 kVA, we will ask for the load list first, because a figure given without knowing the starting method is a guess that neither of us can rely on.
Which languages do you work in?
English, Hindi and Marathi. Site visits, commissioning and the AMC reports can be in any of the three.
