Supply goes anywhere in India. These are the areas where we publish a response time, because they are the areas where we can meet it. Anywhere else, we contract against distance and tell you honestly what is realistic.

Next-business-day attendance standard; same-day for AMC customers
Ranjangaon MIDC
Approximately 60 km from the works
Next business day as standard. A call logged before midday is normally attended the following morning, and AMC customers take priority on the run.
Hinjewadi

Same-day attendance for a load-down call on a working day, subject to the Hinjewadi road. Four hours is realistic outside peak traffic and we will not pretend otherwise during it.
Nashik
Approximately 210 km from the works
A planned-visit area rather than a same-day one. Commissioning and preventive visits are scheduled; breakdown attendance is next working day where travel allows, and telephone diagnosis comes first.
How far we go, and what changes with distance
Supply goes anywhere in India. Installation, commissioning and a published response time are limited to Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Bhosari and Chakan, because those are the places an engineer can reach and be back the same day. Everything beyond that is contracted individually against distance rather than promised on a map.
That distinction matters more than it sounds. A response time is only worth printing if it survives a Tuesday afternoon on the Katraj bypass, and a page claiming four-hour cover in a district four hours away is worse than no page at all — it converts once and then costs a customer.
What a site visit involves
A survey takes about two hours for a single machine and half a day for a plant. We measure the incoming supply across all three phases, test the earth, check the room for ventilation and ambient temperature, walk the cable route, and photograph the access — because a 60 kVA cabinet that cannot get up the stairs is a problem best found before it is on a truck.
You get the load grading, a single-line diagram and a cable schedule out of it, whether or not the order follows.
