Electroplating rectifiers
50 A – 1000 A
Constant-current DC for barrel and rack plating lines, with ampere-hour totalising so the chemistry dosing tracks the actual work put through the tank rather than an estimate.

Electroplating Rectifier — questions
Anything not covered here, call us — most of it is faster to answer on the phone.
What is periodic reverse plating and do I need it?
The polarity is reversed for short, timed intervals during the cycle, which strips high-current-density areas preferentially and evens out the deposit. It is genuinely useful for through-hole and complex geometry work, and unnecessary for simple decorative plating.
Where we supply and attend
Electroplating Rectifier units are built at our Pune works and delivered, installed and commissioned across the city and the industrial belt around it.
Outside these areas we contract individually against distance, and we will tell you honestly if the response time you need is not one we can hold to. All areas served
Not sure this is the right size?
Send the load list. Sizing against inrush rather than running load is where most undersized installations go wrong, and it costs nothing to check.
