What incoming supply does a 200 kVA UPS need?
Roughly 300 A per phase on a 415 V three-phase input at full load, so protection is normally the next MCCB size above that. The input window is 330 V to 480 V, wide enough that most MIDC feeder sag is absorbed without the machine going to battery. We issue the cable schedule and protection sizing with the general arrangement drawing.
How much space does a 200 kVA installation need?
The cabinet is one thing and the battery bank is another, and at this rating the bank is usually the larger of the two. Runtime, cell type and whether the bank is racked or floor-standing all change the footprint, so the survey covers the room, the ventilation, the floor loading and the access route before anything is quoted.
Can two 200 kVA units run in parallel?
Yes, but parallel and redundant configurations are engineered against the load rather than picked from a range. Tell us whether you want N+1 for redundancy or units in parallel for capacity — those are different designs, and the switchgear and battery arrangement differ with them.
